6. Find some new hobbies and activities, which will keep you dynamic and active, and will help in reducing boredom and temptation to overeat. By opting cooking as a hobby, you can learn to make different nutritious and calorie-conscious dishes.

7. It’s often said that by eating a chewing gum and keeping the mouth busy, abates urge to eat more. So, whenever you feel hungry after a few minutes or an hour of taking a meal, just chew a chewing gum. It will really help you out!
